Skin to skin as often as you can

Latch on demand. Offer both sides to baby

Switch nursing may be helpful if baby is not draining the breast well

Pump 5 - 10 minutes after nursing

Watch baby's cue and not the clock

If you are exclusive pumping, pump both breast every 2.5 - 3 hourly

Add 1 or 2 sessions of power pumping into your schedule

At least a combine of 2L Water / SLBT Nursing Tea / Soup per day

How SLB bakes works

Our bakes contains ingredients that help to increase prolactin (milk making hormone) in your body. PUMP / LATCH immediately when you feel the let downs or when you experience a fuller breast.

Bakery Advice:

Cookies

· 12 months unopened in cool shady area.

· 3 months in airtight container after opening

Granola

· 12 months in cool unopened packaging transfer air tight container when opened

Intake Advice:

Cookies

· Eat 8 -10 cookies daily for a start, then reduce once supply stabilises.

Granola

· SLB suggests you enjoy 50g per day, which is approximately ½ cup or about 3 tablespoons.
